Deodorization is a high-temperature 200°C-245°C, high-vacuum steam-distillation process to remove odoriferous materials & Excess Free Fatty Acids generated during Refining from Refined Oil.

The oil is subjected to steam distillation under high temperature and vacuum to evaporate all odour substances.

The thermal effect of the deodorizer will destroy the oil Flavour and the heat sensitive Colour Pigments.

The resulting deodorized oil is almost 𝑩𝑳𝑨𝑵𝑫, 𝑻𝑨𝑺𝑻𝑬𝑳𝑬𝑺𝑺 & 𝑫𝑬𝑺𝑻𝑹𝑶𝒀𝑬𝑫 𝑴𝑰𝑪𝑹𝑶 𝑵𝑼𝑻𝑹𝑰𝑬𝑵𝑻𝑺.
